Balance and Boundaries for Women Creatives

There is an art to establishing clear boundaries, prioritizing your time, and expressing your needs. Cultivating these practices can lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life.

In this remote session, curated for women faculty of color, we'll holistically explore the art of setting personal boundaries, which we like to think of as 'love lines'. These are the kind, clear limits we set for ourselves and others to foster health, respect, and integrity in all our relationships.

We'll also tackle the practical side of time management, transforming our daily schedules from mere to-do lists into meaningful reflections of our deepest values and priorities.

This mindful approach helps ensure that every moment is lived in alignment with your true self.
